Responsibilities

Provide exceptional remote support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network services.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, support requests, and resolutions.
Work collaboratively with team members to improve service delivery and share best practices.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technological advancements to provide informed assistance.
Engage in continuous training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred but not required.
A strong interest in technology and the ability to troubleshoot various technical issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering outstanding customer service.
Able to work effectively and independently in a remote setting.
Basic knowledge of IT systems, software applications, and hardware is a plus.
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Valid EU Passport or ID is required for employment eligibility.
