We're hiring a Technical Business Analyst – Healthcare Data & Analytics to turn healthcare data into clear insights. You’ll combine business analysis with hands-on PowerBI dashboard building, partnering with clinical, product, and operational teams to deliver impactful reports and data solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Talk directly with clinical, operational, product, and engineering teams to clearly define reporting requirements

  • Document processes, data workflows, and report specs so nothing slips through the cracks

  • Create interactive PowerBI dashboards tracking healthcare KPIs and metrics

  • Develop and optimize data models, DAX calculations, and scalable PowerBI solutions

  • Write SQL queries for data pulls, analysis, and validations

  • Identify and fix data quality issues, making sure data stays trustworthy

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare, or related field

  • 3+ years of business analysis experience focused on reporting/analytics

  • Strong skills in PowerBI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling)

  • Solid SQL experience with querying, transforming, and analyzing data

  • Healthcare data experience (EHRs, HL7, FHIR) strongly preferred

  • Understanding of clinical workflows and HIPAA compliance

  • Clear, practical communication—translate tech concepts to business leaders with ease
