The candidate will be responsible for configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes within the ServiceNow platform. ServiceNow ITOM modules in scope are Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, and Service Mapping . - Configure and manage MID Servers, ensuring seamless communication between ServiceNow and external systems.
- Set up and manage discovery schedules, patterns, and probes to automate the discovery of infrastructure and applications.
- Manage the CMDB (Configuration Management Database), ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Configure and maintain service mapping, ensuring end-to-end visibility of IT services and their relationships.
- Configure and manage event rules, alert groups, and alert correlation processes.
- Integrate with monitoring tools and systems to ensure timely and accurate event detection and response.
- Develop and manage flows/sub-flows for automating IT tasks and processes based on the requirement.
- Collaborate with IT teams to identify automation opportunities and implement efficient solutions.
- Implement dashboards and performance analytics to track and optimize ITOM processes.
