Job description

Description

We are looking for an expert who knows the SIM inside and out — from the moment it’s provisioned to the way it powers the latest devices. In this role, you will oversee the entire SIM lifecycle: activation, personalization, OTA updates, and everything in between. You’ll also be hands-on with eSIM technology, managing remote provisioning, profiles, and SMDP+ platforms that bring flexibility to subscribers worldwide.

You’ll work with entitlement servers and device access management to ensure seamless experiences, while navigating strict certification processes — from TS 43 compliance to meeting Apple’s requirements. Device compatibility testing will be part of your day-to-day, making sure that services work flawlessly across multiple platforms and models.

This is a role for someone who enjoys bridging the gap between SIM technology and devices, solving tough problems, and making mobile connectivity invisible to the end user. Your expertise will ensure that every SIM and eSIM not only works — but works perfectly.


Requirements

  • Strong expertise in SIM card lifecycle management, including provisioning, activation, personalization, and OTA (Over-The-Air) updates.
  • Hands-on experience with eSIM deployment and management, including remote provisioning, profile management, and SMDP+ (Subscription Manager Data Preparation) platforms.
  • Knowledge of entitlement servers and device access management.
  • Experience with device certification processes, ensuring compliance with network standards, TS 43 specifications, and Apple requirements.
  • Proficiency in device compatibility testing across multiple platforms and models.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and best practices related to SIM and eSIM technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot SIM/device-related issues.
