Post Graduate Degree in Counselling or Clinical Psychology.
Training and certification in psychology, preferably clinical or counselling.
Proficiency in creating diverse content formats like articles, videos, and campaigns.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently remotely.

Responsibilities and Duties
Interest and passion in the mental health field
Must be trained and certified in psychology (clinical or counselling psychology preferred)
Highly proficient in the creating innovative content and engagement programs
Sincere interest in working in a team environment, and taking complete ownership of the program
Must be able to create content in varied formats including (but not limited to): articles, infographics, campaigns, quizzes, videos, seminars, workshops, app content, etc.
Must be highly proficient in developing content for engagement programs such as seminars, workshops, panel discussions, floor activities, ask an expert, etc.
Assist the team in ideating new themes/research new topics of relevance
Must be able to contribute content towards new projects and products in the mental health space
Must be comfortable working remotely without immediate supervision
Contribute to thought leadership for overall client management
