Our software, "Miles", is an ERP software for finance, leasing, fleet and mobility management in the automotive industry. It is a complex end-to-end solution that includes front, mid and back office functions and can be extensively customized to the customer's needs through configuration. Our customers are leasing and financing companies from the automotive industry.
You will be part of a dynamic multidisciplinary unit and play an important role in creating, configuring, and assembling the foundational components of Sofico’s solution to support and enhance business processes. By
collaborating closely with clients and project teams, you will design, implement, and deliver tailored solutions that meet the customer needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the analysis and refinement of complex customer requirements into detailed functional and system specifications.
- Evaluate and challenge existing Miles functionality, proposing strategic and scalable solution directions.
- Design, oversee, and document advanced configuration solution architectures in close collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Supervise and execute unit testing to ensure robust and reliable solutions, adhering to quality standards.
- Take ownership of timely delivery and high-quality handover of solutions to customers, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Guide and support complex data migration, document management, and reporting tasks, leveraging deep knowledge of customer-specific solutions.
- Act as a strategic partner, ensuring project solutions align with the broader product roadmap and long-term vision.
Your skills and interests:

What else is expected:
- Business fluent in both German (C1/C2) and English.
- Proven experience in a configuration or implementation consulting role, preferably in a tech-driven environment.
- Familiar with software implementation lifecycle.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Proficiency in system configuration, testing, and documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in customer engagement and providing consultative support.
- Familiarity with ERP software solutions in the automotive or financial services sectors is a plus.
