Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Hostess to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Hostess, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Manage reservations through phone, email, and in-person inquiries
  • Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortably seated
  • Monitor table rotation to maximize seating efficiency and minimize wait times
  • Coordinate with the restaurant staff to ensure smooth service flow
  • Maintain an organized and clean reception area
  • Handle guest inquiries and special requests with empathy and efficiency
  • Assist in resolving any customer concerns or complaints
  • Collaborate with the food and beverage team to support overall operations
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations
  • Excellent guest service skills with a strong customer-focused attitude
  • Superior English language proficiency, both verbal and written
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
