GrowValley Studio is the venture builder studio of GrowValley Ventures, on a mission to build 100 ventures by 2030 – partnering with influential partners and changemakers from across the MENA region. The firstever venture studio with a publicprivate partnership, GrowValley builds ideas into ventures at scale in some of the most exciting and important spaces of our time.

We are seeking an experienced and talented Project Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and closing projects across our various ventures. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management, enabling them to effectively contribute to the successful delivery of projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Job Brief

We are looking for a Project Manager responsible for mapping, planning, structuring, and executing projects across different aspects of company creation. They will work closely with leadership and business teams to strategize and lead highperformance projects, and initiatives.


Objectives of the Role

The primary objectives of the Role are:

  1. To plan, map, implement, and oversee projects with different potential partners and stakeholders.
  2. To build and optimize project management and delivery frameworks that benefit our present and future venture building efforts.
  3. To create and maintain a documentation process for the project management of the Studio.
  4. To establish, measure, and track KPIs across the project management lifecycle.
  5. By working on the above – to establish a strong collaborative impact and project management system at GrowValley.

        • Your Responsibilities

          As our Project Manager, you will:

          • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategy
          • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations, and communicate them effectively to all stakeholders
          • Monitor and track project progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful and timely completion of projects
          • Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies and escalating as appropriate
          • Facilitate clear and timely communication between project stakeholders, ensuring a shared understanding of project goals, progress, and outcomes
          • Conduct project evaluations and postmortems, capturing lessons learned and best practices to inform future project planning and execution
          • Stay uptodate with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in project management, incorporating them into our processes as appropriate
          • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, facilitating knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team
          • Developing, setting, implementing, and maintaining OKRs and KPIs
          • Mentor and support junior project managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development
            • Requirements

              To excel in this role, you should have:

              • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Project Manager or a similar capacity with Startups or SMEs
              • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus
              • Solid knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools, such as Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or Basecamp
              • Solid knowledge of workspace principles, methodologies, and tools, such as Notion, and Google Workspace
              • Experience managing projects across various domains, including software development, marketing, and operations
              • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
              • Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively
              • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex project information to diverse team members and stakeholders
              • Adaptability and resilience in a fastpaced, everchanging environment
