About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and creative AI Generative Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in building and deploying generative AI models. You will work on developing innovative AI-driven solutions using models like GPT, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, and other foundational or fine-tuned LLMs. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about machine learning, AI creativity, and building next-gen applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy generative AI models for text, image, or multimedia generation.
- Fine-tune existing models (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Stable Diffusion, LLaMA) based on specific business requirements.
- Integrate generative AI models into web or mobile applications via APIs or SDKs.
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to convert ideas into practical, AI-powered features.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and accuracy for production environments.
- Conduct testing, documentation, and version control of AI modules.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in generative AI and propose innovative use cases.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in AI/ML or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience working with generative AI models.
- Proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience with transformers, Hugging Face, or OpenAI API.
- Familiarity with prompt Developing, fine-tuning LLMs.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and model integration in web-based environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote setting.
