Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Auto Dealer Manager to oversee and supervise our sales representatives. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in automotive dealership management, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in CRM tools to ensure effective sales tracking and customer relationship management. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive sales growth, manage daily operations, and enhance team performance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure productivity and achievement of sales targets.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations to improve team efficiency.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed dealership goals.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads, monitor sales pipelines, and optimize customer interactions.
  • Leverage CRM tools to analyze customer needs, trends, and feedback to improve sales outcomes.
  • Generate regular sales reports and performance metrics for senior management review.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Auto Dealer Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role in an automotive dealership is required
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing sales processes
  • Knowledge of dealership operations, inventory management, and customer service principles.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred
