Job description

Ready to be the architect of transformative educational journeys?

Every great educational story begins with a single conversation. At Alpha, we're revolutionizing education from the very first touchpoint, and we need a masterful relationship builder to lead the way. As our Admissions Coordinator, you'll be the bridge between ambitious families and life-changing educational opportunities.

This isn't your typical administrative role. You're crafting personalized journeys, orchestrating meaningful experiences, and being the calm, confident guide for families making one of life's most significant decisions. Every email you craft, every tour you coordinate, and every conversation you lead has the potential to launch a student's transformative educational journey.

If you're energized by creating memorable experiences, pride yourself on flawless execution, and believe in the power of education to change lives, we're looking for you. At Alpha, your attention to detail and genuine care for families will help shape the future of education, one admission at a time.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Orchestrate personalized admissions journeys through strategic communication and relationship building with prospective families
  • Design and execute engaging campus tours that showcase Alpha's unique educational approach and community spirit
  • Craft meaningful shadow day experiences that give prospective students an authentic taste of Alpha life
  • Maintain impeccable records and relationship histories using HubSpot, ensuring seamless family experiences
  • Embody and articulate Alpha's educational vision through every interaction and touchpoint

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Determining admissions outcomes or modifying established school guidelines
  • Taking a reactive approach to family engagement - we're all about proactive relationship building
  • Relying on generic, one-size-fits-all communication approaches
  • Operating independently - success here means being an integral part of our collaborative ecosystem
  • Following rigid scripts - authentic, personalized interaction is key

Admissions Coordinator Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain an exceptional admissions journey that transforms interested families into enrolled community members through strategic communication, meticulous coordination, and genuine relationship building.

Basic Requirements

  • Exceptional communication abilities that shine in both written and verbal interactions
  • Proven track record of 2+ years in relationship-focused roles working directly with clients or families
  • Demonstrated excellence in managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Natural ability to connect with others through warm, professional phone conversations
  • Authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship

Nice-to-have Requirements

  • Background in educational admissions, hospitality management, or operational coordination
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot
  • Previous experience managing sensitive family relationships in educational or similar settings
