Location: Thane( Hiranandani Estate ),Mumbai
Interview Mode: F2F (2 Rounds)  
Mode of working: WFO  
Week Off will be on rotational basis

Pick up and drop will be available from certain pick up points

We have started a journey to disrupt & revolutionize the personal banking experience; we want to create the country’s best digital-led engagement vertical to service and engage our most premium customers. This engagement vertical will be enabled by many industry-first people & tech capabilities – advanced customer analytics, unified communications suite, access to 3600 product & servicing suite, hyper-personalization and Generative AI. We are looking to hire dynamic, well-rounded personal banking relationship managers for this business vertical. As part of this role, you will –
  1. Serve our most affluent customers & drive growth by ensuring excellent engagement & customer service
  2. Act as the primary point of contact and be responsible for initiating, building & maintaining deep relationships with these customers to address all their banking needs, products and servicing requirements. 
  3. Fully own the book, growth and customer service KPIs for mapped portfolio 
  4. Collaborate with product specialists and subject matter experts to provide tailored solutions that align with customers' specific requirements
  5. Work with internal teams to drive on-ground innovation and bank's strategic initiatives
  6. Demonstrate a solution-oriented mindset, ensuring seamless onboarding onto Mobile/Net Banking platforms, facilitating Bill Pay services, promoting SIP, Insurance, and Investment solutions, as well as facilitating Retail, SME Loans and other pertinent banking programs
  7. Enforce strict adherence to the bank's policies and regulatory compliance measures
  8. Provide assistance during audits, ensuring conformity to internal and external regulations and guidelines
