Responsibilities:
As a Battery Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and maintenance of battery installations in hybrid and electric vehicles, as well as Energy Storage projects within the region. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing on-site technical support to clients for battery installations and repairs.
Monitoring and maintaining optimal battery conditions within fleets.
Independently handling aftersales activities at customer sites and workshops.
Collaborating closely with the aftersales support team in the Netherlands.
Conducting client training on Durapower BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems).
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Technical education background with experience in a power electronic, electrical, electro-mechanical, or related technical field.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, along with effective time management abilities.
Prior experience in the Power Conversion System, Battery, Renewable Energy, or power grid sectors would be advantageous.
Willingness and ability to travel on short notice.
Comfort working at heights (over 2 meters above ground).
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Possession of a European driving license (B).
VCA or equivalent electrical safety license is an advantage, but not mandatory.
