Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and resultsdriven Outbound Sales Representative to join our team in the Philippines. As an integral part of our sales force, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential clients, assessing their needs, and transferring qualified leads to our agents in the United States.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients using provided leads minimum 120 outbound calls a day.
  • Utilize a simple script to engage clients and ask if now is a suitable time to review their options.
  • Ask 23 prequalifying questions to assess client needs and preferences.
  • Ensure a friendly and professional demeanor while communicating with clients.
  • Achieve and maintain a daily quota of 4 successful transfers to our agents.
  • Document relevant information accurately and efficiently in a shared Google sheet.
  • Collaborate with the business manager to optimize strategies and achieve collective goals.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in phonebased sales or telemarketing.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. Excellent English is a must.
  • Strong problemsolving and active listening abilities.
  • Selfmotivated and goaloriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with computer dialer systems and basic computer skills knowledge of how to use Google Sheets.
  • Availability to work fulltime, Monday to Friday, according to the specified schedule.
