Designation: - Business Head
Job Summary
Schedule priorities to meet Merchant s requirements. Manage multiple projects at the same time and
having extensive PM capabilities to keep the projects and deliverables on time.
To liaison with the Directors and plan strategy to meet the required tie ups with the team across
programs.
On-board new partners/merchants and develop them as per category/company guidelines.
Maintain all new processes and promote all marketing programs to optimize growth.
Develop and maintain professional contacts with Merchants
Manage all communication with internal teams and provide support to all marketing updates to
regional teams.
Lead development and implementation of high impact training programs for the sales team in
conjunction with the training team.
Commercialisation plans for new products when required. Competent strategic and analytical
capabilities.
Competent expert product knowledge along with market insights.
Main Responsibilities
The candidate will have extensive experience in partnerships, marketing and engagement to
implement strategies, program constructs to engage with Merchant s and drive activations.
Responsible for partnership and strategic alliances.
Building new relationships across geographies and leading initiatives with partners which mutually
benefit both the parties.
Measure and Evaluate partnership results. Develop and maintain strategic relationship with key
network partners.
Work closely with various business functions and teams which include merchant acquisition and
relationship management teams, aggregators.
Potential to manage multiple channels of partnerships and plan implementation.
Lead the team with a hand-on approach to source merchant alliances and fulfill the team targets and
deadlines.
Develop staff members marketing competencies through training,
Setting sales force effectiveness measures and monitoring them regularly.
Key stakeholder presentations on the team performance on a periodic basis
Knowledge and Skills
Relevant experience of 8+ years of Business Development, Team Management.
Excellent Communication skills.
Previous experience of team management is imperative.
Ability to handle clients and do servicing and maintain relations
Demonstrated successful project management skills
Excellent organizational skills and obsessive attention to detail
Must be able to translate data into clear insights and recommendations
Self-motivated with a proven ability to complete work in a timely manner
Continuous improvement and process orientation.
Experience within Banking Partnerships/ Hospitality industry would be preferred.
Excellent knowledge of Excel, Power Point and Word.
