Budget for permanent position is below 25Lac Including 10%variable pay (slightly 50 to 1Lac high including variable pay is fine)

One of our main responsibilities is to help to improve the efficiency and productivity of the business. We are now adding Robotic Process Automation to our toolbox and we will be responsible of developing solutions and managing the chosen RPA platform. For this, we are looking for experienced developers to join our team and help to shape our RPA journey going forward.

This challenge will require proven ability to develop and administer cloud solutions.
Duties and responsibilities
Project Delivery
o Serve as technical SME across assigned projects
o Introduce appropriate tools across SDLC to improve delivery efficiency and
quality of the product
o Accountable to assist team members and provide solutions for technical
impediments when necessary
Technology
o Owns all technical project artifacts
o Accountable for end to end technical solution implementation
o Drive the technology roadmap with the Solution Architect
o Drive technology competency within the team
People
o Pro-actively coach and mentor team members
Process
o Implements technical best practices
Quality
o Be a champion for metrics based delivery quality and process improvement
o Champion the Quality First, Test First mind-set to ensure that all development
is targeted towards clear and specific quality outcome
o Work with Engineering Manager and Engineers to idenitfy and mitigate
technical debt

Profile
Bachelor/Master degree with information technology background or equivalent
At-least 7 years of solution design and development experience with the following
technologies: SharePoint, SPFx with ReactJS, C#.NET, HTML/JavaScript/CSS, CSOM,
REST
Solid experience in SharePoint Online/O365 server management, deployments,
configuration and troubleshooting
Solid experience in Front-End frameworks/Libraries such as ReactJS, HTML5
Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the
JavaScript object model, building reusable components and front-end libraries for future
use
Strong proficiency in RESTful APIs

Experience working with Microsoft Azure services is an advantage

Ability to translate functional requirements into high-quality SharePoint/O365 solutions, using a range of technologies to achieve the best performance, scalability and maintainability

In-depth knowledge of Azure DevOps, Visual Studio and SQL Server Management
Studio
Experience with close cooperation and daily contact with international colleagues
Great team player who can explain concepts and functional requirements and help team
members to overcome obstacles in development
