Experience : 12 Yrs to 15 Yrs

Location : Hyderabad/Chennai

Role : Technical Project Manager

Role Description:

- Strong leadership skills in project managing ideation/innovation in NS - has prior experience on similar lines

- Should be able to partner really well with Innovation Governance team, ideators, dev teams, business teams, and leadership in driving the ideation backlog through the phases to completion

- Excellent people engagement / influencing / stakeholder management skills needed

- Create a factory model for tracking and reporting status of all ideas/solutions from the Garage platform to the leadership

- Has a good breadth of technological exposure, knowledge and experience so as to be able to connect the dots at a high level.
