Minimum of 5 years SAP basis experience across multiple SAP components.
Hands-on experience in supporting, implementing, or migrating SAP systems, preferably on AWS.
Proficiency in SAP Basis and NetWeaver Administration.
Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work collaboratively in a global team.

Responsibilities
Providing technical support for SAP systems run on AWS
Responding to customer tickets in a timely manner, owning basis issues to resolution
Proactively identifying the root cause of issues and recommending and implementing solutions
On projects supporting the build and migration of SAP systems on AWS
Liaising with infrastructure, security and other team members to support a customer’s requirements
Providing out of hours support cover when scheduled to the support rota
Deploying Lemongrass tooling to support the automation of basis and infrastructure activities
QualificationsMinimum of 5 years SAP basis experience across multiple SAP components
Experience with SAP Basis and NetWeaver Administration.
Hands on experience in supporting customer SAP systems and/or implementing and/or migrating SAP systems preferably to AWS
Experience in SAP Installation, SAP Sizing, SAP Backup and Recovery, SAP Basis Monitoring, SAP Patch Management, Router Configuration, SAP Kernal Administration
Experience in working in multiple customer environments each directly for the customer or as a 3rd party provider
Excellent English language written and oral communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a global team
