About the Role:We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Consultant with 6–8 years of hands-on experience to join our client’s implementation team. The ideal candidate will bring strong SAP Basis expertise combined with AWS cloud experience to support end-to-end implementation projects. You will work within a dynamic team, contributing to architecture, installation, configuration, migration, and performance tuning activities for enterprise SAP environments hosted on AWS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute SAP Basis activities for implementation projects, including installation, configuration, and migration.

• Deploy and optimize SAP landscapes in AWS cloud environments.

• Perform system copies, upgrades, support package application, and kernel patching.

• Monitor and troubleshoot SAP systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.

• Collaborate with functional, development, and cloud infrastructure teams for smooth project delivery.

• Provide technical guidance and best practices for SAP on AWS architecture and operations.

• Document system landscapes, configurations, and processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6–8 years of experience as an SAP Basis Consultant in implementation projects.

• Proven experience deploying and managing SAP systems on AWS Cloud (SAP on AWS certification a plus).

• Strong knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, HANA, Solution Manager, and related SAP components.

• Experience with migrations (OS/DB), system refreshes, and performance tuning.

• Understanding of AWS services relevant to SAP workloads (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, etc.).

• Familiarity with high-availability and disaster recovery setups for SAP on AWS.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight timelines.

• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have:

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified SAP on AWS Specialty.

• Experience in Managed Services or Consultancy environments.
