UrbanMatch is looking for a driven Marketing Executive who can bring creativity, experience, and results to our team. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for creating and executing end-to-end social media marketing campaigns, as well as developing strategies to drive user acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • 1.Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, with the goal of driving user acquisition and retention
  • 2.Conduct market research to identify target audiences and analyze competitor strategies
  • 3.Develop and manage social media content calendars and ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all channels
  • 4.Collaborate with the design team to create engaging visual content for social media platforms
  • 5.Monitor and analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports to the team to identify areas of improvement and optimize campaigns
  • 6.Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive user acquisition
  • 7.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and adapt strategies accordingly
Qualifications:
  • - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media marketing, with a track record of success in driving user acquisition and retention
  • - Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences, algorithms, and advertising options
