We are looking for Tech Lead- HW Design 6-9 years of Experience for our esteemed client for Coimbatore location.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Knowhow of Automotive product development life cycle, automotive standards and safety design
• Requirement analysis, HW design, Schematics reviews, Worst Case Calculations, Simulations, BOM and Design Verification
• Hands-on experience on different tools for HW Schematic design, BOM preparation & layout. tools.
• Participation in design / integration reviews with project teams and stakeholders
• Experience in ECU Testing and troubleshoot hardware issues
• End to End responsible for Team deliverables.
• Lead the technical team on training, driving, monitoring to meet the deliverables.
• Experience in intercultural customers.
• Good Team Player and Should have strong analytical, communication and logical skills
• English language proficiency spoken and written
• Experience in Analog Circuit, Digital circuit and Microcontrollers based circuit designs
Requirements
• Good Experience in Analog, Mixed signal, Motor Drive, Control HW Design and Communication modules in automotive domain.
• Good knowledge and experience in Automotive vehicle communication technologies (CAN, LIN, Flex Ray, Ethernet, and Power line communication), including high speed design
• Experienced in power supply design, micro controllers interfacing circuits, Sensor interfaces
• Circuit design, Design calculations, worst Cause Calculations and FMEA
• Knowledge on SI, Power analysis, PD and thermal evaluation
• Schematics and eBOM preparation using tools like OrCAD, Altium, Cadence and Zuken tools
• Good experience in simulation tools like Pspice, LTspice
• Experience in Integration and Test at PCB level, module level, system level and Acceptance test.
• Experience in Lab Verification and Measurements using test equipment’s like DSO, Power Supplies, Electronic Loads, Data logger, CAN Analyzer etc.
• Documentation – Requirement analysis, Design, Test plan and Test result and hands-on with DOORS
• Good knowledge on EMC/EMI regulations and design rules, PCB Layout concepts
• Basic knowledge on functional safety standards ISO 26262 & FMEDA/FTA
