  • 3 to 9 years of experience in hardware design and testing.
  • Proficiency with eCAD tools, IBM DOORs, and simulation software like Pspice and LTspice.
  • Strong understanding of analog and digital circuits, communication protocols, and automotive interfaces.

Requirements:

  • Design and develop hardware components and systems.
  • Manage requirement engineering and product documentation.
  • Conduct hardware and software testing at module and board levels.

Job description

We are looking for ECAD, Hardware design, Testing, Engineer with 3 to 9 years of Experience for our esteemed client for Bangalore location.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Hardware Design
  • Requirement Engineering & Management
  • Product Documentation
  • HW/SW testing (Module & Board level)
  • Laboratory setups and bring ups
  • Failure analysis and reporting
 
Required Skills, Qualifications (Technical Competency):
  • Strong experience in Hardware Design
  • Excellent knowledge of Requirement Engineering and Management.
  • Experience in IBM DOORs & eCAD design tools.
  • Good understanding in Electronics design
  • Strong experience in Analog / Digital electronics circuit testing including microcontroller/ microprocessor.
  • Must have hands on Experience in Product design, board level testing and system understanding
  • Must have knowledge of using Design/debugging/Simulation tools.
  • Must know and understand SPI and I2C communication protocols.
  • Must have excellent troubleshooting skills on Electrical/ Electronic boards to find root cause of the failure and to propose best solution.
  • Understanding of typical automotive interfaces: CAN, CANFD, Flex ray, Auto- Ethernet, etc.
  • Familiarity with Vector CANoe, CANalyzer.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative when necessary.
  • Experience on design documentation (test plan, test report..etc)
  • Good in MS Office packages and documentation

Preferable:
  • Working experience in Automotive Domain is preferable.
  • Supporting / basic knowledge of the EMI/EMC will be added advantage.
  • Experience in Enterprise architect is preferable
