  • Communicate project scope, changes, and deadlines with team and clients.
  • Ensure timely project delivery by tracking progress and managing tasks.

Job description

We are looking for Non-Rail Catia V5 with 5-15 Years of Experience for our esteemed client for Bangalore Location
Key Skills: 3D-model, FTA or MBD, CATIA V5, EPR-system, 2D-Modeling
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Create manufacturing drawings of assemblies and models including GD&T and B.O.M. information
  • Interpreting 2D drawings for conversion to 3D models and assemblies
  • Create 3D models and assemblies from conceptual designs
  • Use specialized modules in CATIA such as FTA, SMD, AMG, KWA
  • Communicate with customers and team members regarding project scope, changes and/or deadlines
  • Track own progress against bid hours using sources available to ensure project deadlines are met
  • Make decisions concerning personal time management and task prioritization to deliver quality service, on time and under budget
Required Skills, Qualifications (Technical Competency): 
  • Work on concepts in 3D-model using CATIA V5 based on information given by team lead.
  • Experience in FTA or MBD
  • Organizes Design / Verification reviews with internal & external team.
  • Verification in function of the feasibility and production-requirements
  • Adjust the basic concept in function of the Design Review information.
  • Finalize the 3D-model in detail.
  • Position the model in the car structure.
  • Transfer of the model to Designer for Validation
  • Update the designer remarks in the model.
  • Make the 2D-drawings based on the validated 3D-model.
  • Make the parts lists and the specifications and article creation in EPR-system.
  • Check whether the files are complete and technically and administratively correct.
  • Daily report to the Concept team coordinator about the progress of the project and possible problems
  • Rolling Stock or Aerospace or Automotive Domain
