Job description

We are looking for Java, Senior Designer with 5-10 Years of Experience for our esteemed client for Bangalore Location.
Key Skills: Gradle/Maven, Microservices, Rest API, HTML5, JS, CSS, WebGUI, Java applications, Spring-boot, AMQP, RabbitMQ

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Experience in the design and development of Java applications is mandatory.
  • Experience in database design and administration.
  • Experience in Web application development is essential.
  • Experience in micro services design and development
  • Able to perform design and development independently.
  • Perform Requirement Analysis of activities and manage assignments in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • He/she performs software design assignments requiring initiative, resourcefulness, and design experience independently.
  • Experience in task estimation, work break down of given activity is mandatory.
  • Experience working with Jira, Sprints, scrum boards is mandatory.

Required Skills, Qualifications (Technical Competency):
  • Good programming skills in Java is mandatory.
  • Skilled in developing, deploying micro services and Spring-boot is mandatory.
  • Experience implementing Web Services using REST API is mandatory.
  • Experience in AMQP like RabbitMQ is mandatory.
  • Good programming skill in HTML5, JS, CSS to develop webGUI applications is essential
  • Exposure to Multithreading concepts and has worked with threads is essential.
  • Experience in Gradle/Maven is mandatory.
  • Has experience writing test case specifications to validate software requirements is essential.
  • Has experience working with debuggers to troubleshoot issues is mandatory.
  • Experience using Junit, NUnit test suite to test Java code is mandatory.

  • Requirements Management - Confluence
  • Configuration Management - ClearCase, Git, Jenkins, SVN PVCS
  • Lifecycle Management - Jira
  • Testing - Component Test Frameworks like Selenium, Postman, Swagger
