  • Perform finite element analyses including static, modal, and thermal simulations.
  • Develop APDL macros to optimize pre- and post-processing tasks.
  • Participate in design reviews and present analysis results to clients.
  • Verify and interpret FE results, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

Job description

We are looking for FEA Analyst with 3-6 Years of Experience for our esteemed client for Bangalore/Hyderabad Location.
Key Skills: ANSYS APDL, FE Analysis, Stress Analysis
This is an immediate requirement. Please apply if you can join within 20 days or close to 20 days.
Roles and Responsibilities:
•   Should have Good Exposure to ANSYS APDL.
•   Must have 3 to 6 years of experience in FE Analysis.
•   Should have good exposure to Fatigue & Creep calculations. Experience in SIESTA tool will be a must.
•   Should have good exposure in Aviation industry and best practices followed in Aviation industries.
•   Should have good exposure to tool such as Hypermesh and UG-NX.
•   Should have Good Knowledge on Linear & Non-Linear Static Structural, Steady State, Harmonic , Thermo-mechanical Eigen buckling analysis and Modal analysis involving Materials, Geometric & Contact Non-linearity’s in ANSYS.
•   Should be Good in hand calculations, Verification & interpretation of FE Results
•   Participate in design reviews with the customer and presenting toll gate reviews.
•   Experience in developing APDL macros to reduce time in pre & post processing in ANSYS.
•   Strong understanding of Finite Element Method Concepts & Strengths of Materials
•   Excellent analytical skills and the ability to perform complex assignments.
