Job Description:

Additional job functions in bullet points

• Accurately track attendance for active classes, share attendance numbers with internal stakeholders

• Ensure all onboarding/offboarding documents are filled out completely and submitted to client/internal partners on time, per the client requirements

• Complete all documentation required for account, either by internal or external stakeholders

• Ensure all records are kept in a shared location, per external/internal expectations• Communicate as needed to all program leadership; this will include, but is not limited to, Training, Operations, Quality, Client Services, Workforce Management

• Track all certifications of Trainers per client program

• Work with Training Leadership and Trainers on Champion compliance completion

• Demonstrated success with ability to multitask in a virtual environment

• Ability to effectively pivot to change in direction based on client and business needsQualifications:Requirements in bullet points

• Excellent oral and written communication skills at all levels of the organization

• Ability to speak to Leadership regarding reporting, findings, etc.
