Job description

Campus Ambassador (Part-Time) – W (Gen-Z Personal Care Brand)

Location: Your campus - We are looking for students who go to the following universities:

  • OSU
  • FSU
  • UT Austin
  • University of Iowa
  • LSU
  • Arkansas

Schedule: Part-time, ~10-15 hours/week during the academic term
Compensation: Paid role with monthly product and merch; event budgets provided (details during interview)
Start: Fall term (rolling start dates)

Compensation: $600-$800 a month (depending on candidates qualifications)
+ Bonus opportunities for successful content that features and tags W.

Role Overview

You’re already that guy on campus—confident, social, always in the mix. As a W Campus Ambassador, you’ll be the face of the brand at your school. This isn’t a passive role—you’ll be running cheeky activations (gym, dorms, TikTok stunts), creating scroll-stopping content, and putting your crew onto the personal care brand built different. You’ll own your campus like it’s your brand: getting product in hands, driving hype, and turning moments into brand love—all while giving us the inside scoop on what’s hitting and what’s not.

What You’ll Do
  • Sponsor two on-campus events to introduce students to W

  • Organize two original events of your own to promote W products (the more creative, the better)

  • Create five pieces of video content per month (TikTok, Reels, or Shorts) that feel native to your campus

  • Partner with student organizations to build awareness and distribute product

  • Serve as the connector between your school and the W team (feedback, ideas, pulse of campus)

  • Track key KPIs (attendance, samples distributed, content views/engagement) and share a short monthly recap

Eligibility: Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student; able to host events on/near campus; authorized to work in the U.S.
