Work Arrangement: Remote

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Flexible based on campaign needs)

Job Type: Fulltime

Holiday Adherence: US Holidays

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will drive the company’s brand presence, demand generation, and customer engagement through a mix of strategic planning, digital marketing, and traditional advertising. This role requires a resultsdriven marketer who excels in brand positioning, lead generation, and crossfunctional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy
  • Create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Oversee branding initiatives to ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Position the company as an industry leader in wireless communication.
    • Drive Demand Generation & Lead Acquisition
      • Design and execute digital marketing campaigns using SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
      • Track and optimize marketing funnels to improve customer acquisition.
      • Manage paid advertising and leadgeneration efforts across digital platforms.
        • Oversee Content, Social Media & Partnerships
          • Develop compelling marketing content, including blogs, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
          • Manage social media presence, paid campaigns, and audience engagement.
          • Collaborate with partners, vendors, and external agencies for comarketing opportunities.
            • Measure Performance & Optimize Marketing Efforts
              • Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance and marketing ROI.
              • Provide insights and reports for continuous improvement.
              • Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement datadriven optimizations.
                • Requirements

                  MustHaves:
                  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with a track record of successful campaign execution.
                  • Can strategically delegate tasks and workflow
                  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
                  • Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, and digital advertising.
                  • Experience managing budgets and optimizing marketing spend for ROI.
