Job description

We’re looking for a Technical Sourcer with a strong background in tech recruitment to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of identifying, engaging, and attracting toptier technical talent across a wide range of specialisms, including AI, Software Engineering, Full Stack Development, and other niche tech areas. You’ll work closely with management to build strong pipelines of candidates, helping us connect with hardtofind talent and ensuring a smooth hiring process.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the full topoffunnel recruiting process for a portfolio of technical roles, managing up to four active positions at a time.
  • Proactively source and engage with technical candidates across a variety of platforms including LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and others.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for highdemand skillsets like AI, ML, Software Development, and Data.
  • Conduct initial outreach and prescreening calls to assess candidate interest and qualifications.
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager to refine role requirements and optimise sourcing strategies.
  • Keep uptodate with tech trends and market movements to identify new sourcing opportunities.
  • Prepare and format candidate resumes and other information for a professional and consistent presentation.
  • Hand off qualified and vetted candidates to our hiring manager.
    • Requirements

      • 2+ years of proven experience in tech recruitment, with a strong focus on candidate sourcing.
      • Proven ability to identify and engage with niche technical talent.
      • Strong understanding of sourcing tools and candidate outreach strategies.
      • Proficiency with specific applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Workable.
      • Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
      • Highly organised, selfdriven, and comfortable working in a fastpaced environment.
