Vida is seeking an experienced Clinical Quality Assurance Manager to join the clinical team. The ideal candidate will hold an active RN license and comes with Clinical and Primary Care experience. See below for additional details:
Responsibilities:
Analyze and respond to escalated patient clinical reviews.
Establish protocols and workflows for clinical support staff.
Monitor and audit clinical support staff ensuring adherence to quality and clinical standards.
Analyze patient records for relevant clinical information for review and resolution.
Respond to patient escalations professionally, compassionately and according to Vida program guidelines.
Acts as a resource to clinical and administrative staff.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals; including providers and other QA team members to ensure consistent quality across all service lines.
Qualifications:
Active RN License required.
5+ years of experience working in a clinical and administrative environment.
Experience within QA; chart reviews and clinical compliance.
Proven experience in clinical operations management.
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Demonstrated experience with protocol and policy creation.
Proven ability to analyze situations, identify issues and implement solutions.
Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and quality standards.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
Experience in a telehealth setting preferred.
