We are seeking an experienced QA senior to join our clients team. The ideal candidate is proactive, flexible, and has strong experience working with diverse near and offshore teams and USbased clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop client testing across manual, automated, and data testing efforts.

• Define and execute test strategies, plans, and CICD integration.

• Design and validate data testing using synthetic datasets.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and US stakeholders to ensure quality across releases.

• Track quality metrics, report risks, and drive continuous improvement.

Hard Skills:Strong experience in QA (manual and automation).
Hands‑on experience with data testing and synthetic data generationvalidation.
Comfortable working with remotediverse teams and US clients.

Soft Skills:
Strong communication, initiative, and problem‑solving skills.

Its a plus:
Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress).
Familiarity with CICD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and test reporting.
