This is a remote position.

Type: Fulltime
Schedule:
  • Monday, Thursday, Friday 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM Eastern
  • Tuesdays & Wednesdays Off
  • Saturday & Sunday 7:00 PM to 6:00 PM Eastern (1 hr unpaid lunch)
  • 35 paid hours per week
  • NOTE: Client might change the schedule if this schedule wont work, but client will still pay 35 paid hours per week.

      KEY RESPONSIBILITIES::
      • Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers and service providers, handling inquiries via phone, text, and email with professionalism and empathy
      • Navigate and utilize our tech stack, including Google services, Firebase, Stripe, and proprietary systems to efficiently resolve customer issues and process transactions
      • Manage and organize customer data across various platforms, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information
      • Contribute creative ideas to improve our customer service processes and overall user experience
      • Collaborate with management to refine support strategies and implement best practices
      • Assist in troubleshooting basic technical issues for both customers and service providers
      • Stay updated on company services, policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and helpful information

      Requirements

      • Previous customer support experience, ideally in a techdriven or serviceoriented environment
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely
      • Techsavvy mindset with the ability to quickly learn and navigate various software platforms
      • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think on your feet in a fastpaced environment
      • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work independently
      • Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and contributing to a growing business
      • Basic troubleshooting skills and the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
      • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data management and communication
