Job Description
  • Strategic Leadership: Lead and oversee the vision, strategy, and execution of Oracle ERP and Supply Chain Management solutions for the organization, driving alignment with overall business objectives.

  • Client Engagement: Serve as a senior advisor to key clients, guiding them in transforming their supply chain and procurement operations with Oracle ERP solutions. Foster deep, longterm relationships with senior client stakeholders.

  • Sales Leadership & PreSales Expertise: Drive the presales process by providing technical and functional expertise to highvalue prospects. Lead complex sales cycles, offering tailored Oracle ERP solutions that address specific customer needs, challenges, and opportunities.

  • Solution Strategy & Design: Guide crossfunctional teams in designing scalable and innovative Oracle ERP solutions for clients. Ensure solutions align with industry best practices while addressing specific business goals.

  • Product Advocacy: Represent Oracle ERP Supply Chain solutions at industry events, conferences, and forums. Promote the competitive advantages of Oracle ERP and influence the broader market landscape.

  • Executive Collaboration: Partner with executive leadership and sales teams to refine sales strategies, identify growth opportunities, and align product offerings with market demands. Advocate for Oracle ERP solutions at the Csuite level.

  • Proposal Development: Lead the creation of highlevel, strategic proposals for large and complex client engagements, ensuring clear communication of value propositions and ROI.

  • Market Insight: Provide thought leadership on emerging trends in supply chain and ERP technologies, advising both internal teams and clients on industry innovations, Oracle ERP product developments, and competitive dynamics.

  • CrossFunctional Leadership: Drive collaboration across sales, marketing, product development, and customer success teams to deliver seamless solutions and exceptional client experiences. Act as a key decisionmaker in resource allocation and strategic initiatives.

  • Mentorship & Team Development: Mentor and develop a highperforming presales and solution architect team. Foster a culture of continuous learning, technical excellence, and clientfirst mentality.

  • Customer Advocacy & Feedback: Act as a key customer advocate, ensuring their needs are met while providing feedback to Oracle product teams regarding market demands, customer expectations, and product improvements.

    • Qualifications
      • Educational Background: B.Tech or MBA from a reputed institution.

      • Experience: Minimum of 1215 years of extensive experience in Oracle ERP, Supply Chain Management, and presales with a proven track record of leading complex sales engagements, solution delivery, and client relationship management.

      • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing crossfunctional teams, setting strategic vision, and driving results at a global level.

      • Expertise: Deep, strategic knowledge of Oracle ERP and SCM solutions. Expertise in Oracle Cloud ERPSCM is highly preferred.

      • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to Csuite executives and other senior stakeholders.

      • ProblemSolving & Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex business challenges using innovative ERP solutions.

      • Travel: Ability to travel globally to engage with clients, industry events, and internal teams.

        • Preferred Skills:

          • Expertise in Oracle Cloud ERPSCM applications, with a focus on driving digital transformation in supply chain management.

          • Proven ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders through strategic presentations, demonstrations, and written communications.

          • Indepth knowledge of industry trends and a deep understanding of competitive solutions in the Oracle ERP landscape.
