Work set up: Remote (selected candidate must be flexible to collaborate with a global team). Please note: This role has the potential to be extended or convert to a permanent position. Should it become permanent, employees are expected to work onsite at the local office 12 days per month.

Our client in the global professional services industry is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join their creative team and elevate the visual impact of their brand. This role is ideal for a strategic and conceptual thinker and handson designer who thrives in a collaborative, fastpaced environment. You’ll lead design projects across digital and print, bring creative ideas to life, and help shape their visual identity while mentoring junior team members.

What you will do:

  • Develop and implement design strategies that align with brand and business goals across all channels.
  • Lead concept development and execute highquality design work across branding, marketing campaigns, digital assets, print collateral, presentations, and more.
  • Champion brand consistency, ensuring all creative work aligns with visual guidelines and brand values.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and crossfunctional teams to deliver design solutions that meet project objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines, while maintaining strong attention to detail and design excellence.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers, fostering growth and creative development.
  • Stay on top of design trends, tools, and technologies to keep creative work modern and relevant.
    • Qualifications
      • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
      • 7+ years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio that showcases creative range and strategic thinking across formats.
      • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with the ability to execute highquality design work across formats. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
      • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and provide creative direction, with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
      • Exceptional visual storytelling, layout, and typography skills.
      • Comfortable adapting to changing priorities in a fastpaced environment.
      • Experience in motion graphics, web design, or HTML is a plus.
