Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Account Executive to join our Xplor Recreation sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and prospects, driving sales growth, and representing the Xplor Recreation brand in their designated territory. As the “CEO of your own territory,” you will have the autonomy to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

In this role, youll apply an understanding of Xplor’s products, sales methodology, processes, prospecting techniques, and customer base while selling to midmarket and enterprise agencies. As an Account Executive, youll focus on agencies that can benefit from Xplor’s worldclass recreation management platform for the Parks and Recreation industry. This positions primary function is new account acquisition, where youll grow revenue with an emphasis on new product sales to our customer base. This includes following up on inbound leads, prospecting, qualifying, solution selling, negotiation, and closing.
