We are seeking a Blender Pipeline Engineer with strong Python scripting skills to optimize, automate, and scale our template system. This is a highly technical, codingheavy role focused on building robust, maintainable, and efficient Blender workflows—not general 3D design. Your work will be critical in transforming our MVP templates into a productionready solution used across multiple ad formats.

Key Responsibilities:
Template Development & Optimization
Develop and maintain Blender templates for multiple video ad formats.
Configure template parameters including asset placement, scroll timing, frame rate, animation duration, and render settings.
Ensure templates are efficient, reusable, and productionready.
Pipeline Automation & Productization
Implement automation and optimization using Python scripting in Blender.
Standardize file structures, naming conventions, and workflow processes for scalability.
Collaborate with engineering to integrate templates into automated production pipelines.
Collaboration & Quality Control
Work closely with engineers and product managers to meet technical and operational goals.
Troubleshoot rendering, animation, or asset alignment issues.
Maintain consistent output quality and smooth playback across all ad formats.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Advanced Blender expertise with strong understanding of animation, camera movement, and rendering workflows.
Mandatory Python scripting experience in Blender for automation and pipeline integration.
Experience developing templatedriven systems and production pipelines.
Strong knowledge of frame rate, resolution, compression, and export settings for digital video advertising.
Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills in a fastpaced environment.
Familiarity with ad tech or digital advertising workflows is a plus.
