We’re seeking a parttime Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio in B2B, SaaS, andor marketplace environments. The ideal candidate will transform raw creative ideas into visually compelling assets, including ad creatives, sales decks, social media graphics, and more, while maintaining a consistent, onbrand look and feel. This is an opportunity to collaborate closely with our marketing and design teams, contributing to brand development across multiple channels.

⏰You must be available every working day between 8 am and 12 pm EST.

Who we are looking for

Required:

  • At least 4 years of design experience with B2B, SaaS, or Marketplace Brands: Proven ability to design materials (ads, presentations, etc.) for corporate or enterprise audiences.
  • Proficiency in Design Tools: Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop (or similar).
  • PerformanceDriven Design: Skilled in creating visually appealing materials that drive conversions and achieve campaign goals.
  • Strong Design Principles: Expertise in typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Infographic & Data Visualization Skills: Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging visuals.
  • Speed & Reliability: Delivers highquality designs quickly and consistently meets deadlines.
  • Team Collaboration: Works effectively with crossfunctional teams and incorporates feedback seamlessly.
        • Responsibilities
          • Presentations & Sales Decks:
            • Enhance and refine briefs into Insensebranded presentations, transforming text and simple design mockups into powerful infographics and storytelling visuals.
            • Design multiple sales decks, ensuring brand consistency and polished design that sells.
                  • Blog & Infographic Design:
                    • Convert rough infographic concepts into polished, onbrand visuals for blog articles (approximately 30 per month).
                    • Translate complex concepts and data into easytounderstand graphic elements.
                      • Social Media Visuals:
                        • Develop compelling LinkedIn carousels, Twitter images, and other social media content (approximately 15 per month). Ensure all visuals align with Insense’s branding and campaign objectives.
                          eBooks, Guides & Cheatsheets
                        • Create and lay out visually appealing eBooks, guides, and cheatsheets (approximately 5–8 per month).
                        • Incorporate sophisticated infographics and thoughtful layouts to communicate complex information clearly.
                                  • Website Design Elements:
                                    • Design banners, popups, and other website graphics (approximately 5–10 per month).
                                    • Collaborate with the web team to ensure visuals support user experience and conversion goals.
                                          • Email Templates & Campaigns:
                                            • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and optimize HubSpot email templates.
                                            • Create engaging visuals that align with specific campaign objectives and drive higher openclickthrough rates.
                                                  • Ad Creative Development:
                                                    • Ideate and design creative performancedriven ads for digital channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
                                                    • Adapt visuals for different ad placements and formats, focusing on lead generation and brand awareness.
