Job description

Responsibilities:

- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.

- Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance sales opportunities.

- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.

- Work on cross-selling and upselling financial products to maximize revenue.

- Lead, motivate, and guide team members

Requirements:

- Reside in Jakarta, with the flexibility for mobile working as needed.

- Proven experience as a Sales in the finance industry.

- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and lead a sales team.

- Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.

- Highly motivated and results-driven.
