We are actively seeking a highly skilled and passionate Frontend Developer to join our dynamic and innovative team. In this pivotal and challenging role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing dynamic, highperforming, and accessible user interfaces (UIs) and reusable components. Your primary focus will be on our cuttingedge Digital Experience Platform (DXP), a critical component in our technological ecosystem.

The core challenge and exciting opportunity in this role is to design and implement cuttingedge user interfaces that will shape the experience of a sophisticated banking platform. You’ll have the opportunity to tackle complex UI challenges, ensuring that every interaction is intuitive, performant, and accessible. Responsibilities:Development of frontend components and templates for the DXP platform, aligned with design systems and UX standards.
Implementation of responsive and accessible UI for web and mobile, ensuring performance and SEO compliance.
Integration of frontend with APIs (RESTGraphQL) and CMSdriven data.
Collaborate with backend developers and designers to deliver endtoend features.
Implement personalization, AB testing, and analytics tracking in the frontend layer.
Optimize loading times, bundle sizes, and clientside performance.
Maintain coding standards, reusable UI libraries, and documentation.

Requirements:Solid experience with frontend development for CMSDXP platforms (Optimizely, Contentful, Adobe AEM or similar).
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
Experience with modern frameworks (React, Next.js , Vue, Angular).
Proven experience with frontend development standards and best practices, including familiarity with design systems, componentbased architecture, and clean code principles.
Familiarity with headless CMS and APIdriven integrations.
Knowledge of frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel).
Experience with accessibility (WCAG), SEO, and performance best practices.
Familiarity with agile methodologies.
AdvancedFluent English level for interactions with multicultural team and american client everyday.

Desirable:Experience with design systems (Storybook, Figma integration).
Knowledge of CICD pipelines and automated testing (Jest, Cypress, Playwright).
Familiarity with personalization and experimentation tools (Optimizely, Adobe Target).
