Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in the IT field, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of testing strategies, methodologies, and automation in complex software development environments.
3+ years of leadership experience in QA roles, with a proven track record of managing highperforming QA teams and leading largescale testing initiatives.
HANDS OF EXPERIENCE IN PLAYWRIGHT & BDD EXPERIENCE.
Expertise in QA automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, TestComplete), with a strong command of programming languages relevant to automation Java.
Strong exp in Java & selenium.
Advanced project management skills, with a history of successfully managing projects from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
Demonstrated excellence in stakeholder management and collaboration, with the ability to influence decisions and drive QA strategies across functions within 3Pillar and with external partners.
Solid experience with Continuous IntegrationContinuous Deployment (CICD) practices and DevOps methodologies, enhancing QA processes and productivity.
Strong business acumen, with an understanding of industry trends, standards, and the competitive landscape, leveraging this insight to inform strategic QA decisions.
Exceptional problemsolving skills, with a systematic approach to tackling complex issues and the initiative to continuously enhance technical and leadership skills.
Highly developed communication skills, proficient in engaging with senior management, stakeholders, and external partners to advocate for quality assurance excellence and influence strategic directions.
