We are currently seeking a Software Development Team Leader to join our Technology department. In this role, you will lead two software development teams and serve as a key liaison between the development teams, Product, and Engineering management. You will take ownership of the Suite Team, which is responsible for our core backoffice platform and primary application used by our direct customers – the hoteliers. Additionally, you will lead the AdTech Team, which connects our applications with external platforms such as websites, advertising channels, and metasearch engines.


Daily activities

  • Building and developing the team: fostering motivation, professional growth, and overall effectiveness of team members.
  • Supporting the team in daytoday work, assigning tasks, and distributing competencies within development teams.
  • Creating a friendly, collaborative, and inclusive working environment that encourages innovation.
  • Leading recruitment, onboarding, and coordinating trainings and knowledgesharing sessions.
  • Close collaboration with the Engineering Manager, CTO, and other leaders across the organization.
  • Coordinating with Product Managers, developers, testers, and architects in designing and delivering the company’s strategic applications.
  • Active participation in agile ceremonies (daily standups, refinement, planning, review, retrospective).
  • Overseeing code quality and the architecture of developed and maintained applications.
  • Promoting best engineering practices and recommending optimal solutions.


    • Requirements
      • At least 2 years of proven experience as a Team Lead or Technical Team Lead with direct responsibility for people development and team leadership.
      • Strong decisionmaking track record and ability to guide the team toward achieving ambitious goals.
      • The engineering mindset focused on continuous improvement and innovation.
      • Technical background as a seasoned software engineer, preferably with experience in:
        • PHP 7–8, Laravel or Symfony
        • TypeScript, Node.js
        • MySQL, MariaDB, MongoDB
        • Vue
        • Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes
          • Solid practical experience in agilescrum frameworks.
          • Productoriented mindset with strong collaboration skills, especially with Product Managers.
          • Excellent communication skills in both Polish and English (C1 level).
