As an Executive Business Partner, you will work closely with our CEO or other members of our senior leadership teams, as well as our organizations internal and external stakeholders, to implement the company’s vision through strategy, executive support, project management, change management, and communication management.

Requirements

  • Assist in managing the daytoday operations of the company.
      • Provide administrative support to operations staff.
      • Update and maintain operation procedures and documentation.
      • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments for the operations team.
      • Compile and process operationrelated reports and forms.
      • Handle customer inquiries and complaints when necessary.
      • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with interdepartmental protocols.
      • Assist in the management of operational budgets and expenses.
      • Support the management with operational issues and the implementation of new directives for service enhancement.
      • Research and develop plans for personal and professional growth.
      • Surprise and delight leadership by demonstrating initiative.
      • Build rapport with our existing business network and team and help to manage these important relationships.
      • Drive internal and external communications, presentations, reports, and social media.
        • What do I need to be successful?

          • Whilst we invest in your training and development, you’ll need to provide your own devices.
          • A suitable workfromhome space in Latin America.
          • Internet connection: 30 Mbps minimum.
          • Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
          • Willingness to work fulltime (40 hoursweek) MonFri 10 am EST to 6 pm EST (give or take).
          • Working knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides) and productivity and project management toolsapps.
          • Preferably experienced with onlineremotevirtual work, however not essential.
          • A charismatic ‘can do’ attitude.
