We have a Scrum Master available for 6 months and REMOTE. The pay rate is $48hour W2 ONLY.

This is a W2 only position. It is not eligible forC2C, 1099, Agencies or Vendors.

As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the delivery of high value products and services to our customers. You will work directly on scrum teams to implement and improve delivery practices, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement.

Must have skills :
  • 5+ years of experience in a dedicated Scrum Master role.
  • Deep expertise in multiple agile methodologies and scaling frameworks.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to influence.
    • Key responsibilities include:
      PROCESS & FLOW – Advise on process to optimize flow and expedite delivery of value by the squad(s).
      SCALING & DEPENDENCIES – Optimize delivery of complex initiatives by advising on scaling techniques and organizing teams around the workstream(s).
      RELEASE MANAGEMENT – Enable the team(s) to release with confidence and in support of a positive client experience.
      BUSINESS ACUMEN – Develop a clear understanding of the productsservices owned by the team and ensure that work is aligned with business strategy.
      DATA – Ensures the teams data is correct, complete, and compliant so it can be used to make datadriven decisions.
      TOOLS – Achieve proficiency in the use of the Fidelity tools and reporting ecosystem and encourage teach others to be.
      TEAM DYNAMICS – Enables healthy team dynamics through trusted partnerships and conflict resolution.
      LEADERSHIP – Earn a seat at the leadership table by being a valued consultant for dealing with complex problems.

          Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $32.72 to $68.18. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidates actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual andor company performance.
          This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
