  • Participate in system upgrades and special projects as assigned.

We are currently hiring a Payment Solutions Support Analyst to join the team! This individual will be responsible for a range of support and analysis activities specific to system testing, site support and internal and external inquiries.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Work closely with project teams and other internal departments, including but not limited to Study Start Up/Site Contracts, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable / Billing
  • Review and assist with inquiries and resolution specific to site payment inquiries/disputes and issues related to fund setup activity, ensuring timely escalation, if applicable
  • Provide support to the Site Payments and Analytical teams
  • Provides supporting documentation to auditors as necessary
  • Upgrade testing for system
  • Special projects as assigned

Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with a virtual team across locations and cultures; strong team-orientation and interpersonal skills
  • Must be customer focused and able to manage challenging priorities and remain flexible and adaptable in stressful situations; ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate excel skills
  • Commitment to high quality work for effective presentation and documentation

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Medidata Site Pay experience preferred, but not required
  • Oracle experience preferred, but not required
  • Experience in providing outstanding customer service.
  • Experience in a clinical research environment necessary

Education:

  • High school diploma and 3+ years relevant work experience required
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent combination of education plus moderate, progressive financial experience preferable, within a CRO.
