      Securonix is seeking a Field & Digital Marketing Manager to lead our endtoend regional marketing strategy in India. This role blends onground field execution with digital campaign leadership, designed to drive brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support revenue growth in one of our fastestgrowing international markets. We’re looking for a highly motivated, selfstarting marketer who thrives in fastpaced environments, knows how to hustle, and can independently drive initiatives forward. Experience in cybersecurity or enterprise tech is highly preferred.


      Field Marketing:

      • Plan and execute inperson and virtual events including executive roundtables, tradeshows, roadshows, and partnerled engagements
      • Align closely with sales, channel, and BDR teams to drive pipeline and accelerate deal cycles
      • Manage endtoend event logistics, budgets, and reporting for all regional programs
      • Leverage MDF and partner resources to cocreate joint GTM campaigns

        • Digital Marketing:


          • Localize and launch digital demand generation campaigns including email nurture, paid media, and webinars
          • Manage accountbased marketing (ABM) campaigns in collaboration with global teams
          • Own regional digital presence — including localized landing pages, social media messaging, and gated content
          • Track performance metrics (MQLs, conversions, pipeline) and report insights using tools like Salesforce, Marketo, and Google Analytics

            • What We’re Looking For:


              • 5–7 years of B2B marketing experience in field, digital, or integrated roles; cybersecurityIT industry experience strongly preferred
              • Proven ability to manage events, drive regional demand, and support pipeline growth
              • Selfstarter with a “getitdone” mindset — thrives in remote, independent work settings
              • Experience executing multichannel campaigns across email, social, paid, and web
              • Proficiency with Salesforce, Marketo (or similar marketing automation), and event management tools
              • Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills

                • Key Responsibilities:


                  • Develop and manage the regional marketing calendar, integrating digital and field activities
                  • Execute ABM and segmentbased campaigns targeting key verticals and strategic accounts
                  • Support sales enablement with tailored collateral, content, and talking points
                  • Optimize lead funnel performance — MQL to SQL to opportunity
                  • Analyze campaign and event performance, providing monthly reports with insights and recommendations
                  • Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and content writers as needed
                  • Partner with product marketing to localize global messaging and content

                    • Required Skills & Tools:


                      • Experience in B2B marketing, field execution, and digital campaign management
                      • Familiarity with the cybersecurity ecosystem and the enterprise buyer journey
                      • Strong knowledge of email marketing, paid digital, social media, and web analytics
                      • Handson experience with Salesforce, Marketo, ASANA, and event tools (e.g., Splash, Cvent)
                      • Ability to work crossfunctionally across sales, product marketing, and global demand gen
                      • Strong content sensibility and ability to adapt messaging for local relevance
