  • Assisting with investigations by securing footage and organizing documentation.
  • Maintaining KPI and compliance reports, and analyzing store loss trends.
  • Coordinating logistics for loss prevention projects and acting as on-call contact for emergent incidents.

Workplace Arrangements:

This role will follow a remote schedule. Applicants for this role can expect to work remotely from home Monday-Friday for an afternoon-evening schedule as this role is intended to support our stores. We are flexible with the hours of coverage around a 1:00pm-9:00pm EST shift. There will be a rotational on-call schedule as well.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Triage incoming LP communications, prioritize support requests, and route appropriately.

  • Complete support tasks for investigations, including securing footage and organizing documentation.

  • Maintain regular KPI and compliance reporting, identify stores with loss-related anomalies or trends; support stakeholders with data tracking and insight requests.

  • Coordinate logistics for LP projects, technology rollouts, and store-facing initiatives.

  • Act as the on-call point of contact on a rotational basis, advising Store Managers on emergent total loss incidents and applying sound judgment to escalate when necessary.

  • Conduct standard compliance reviews and support training rollout tracking.

What You'll Bring:

  • High school diploma.

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience and knowledge of retail business policies, processes and procedures.  

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). 

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, and work independently.

  • High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, strong analytical and trouble shooting skills.

Assets You May Have:
  • Ability to write and speak clearly in English and French.

  • Experience leading emergency/disaster situations.

  • Experience monitoring CCTV/cameras

  • Experience with case management programs

  • Experience using exception-based reporting tools

Travel Requirements:
  • Travel as needed with overnight stays to support stores.
