Technical Operations Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a Technical Specialist to join our team, where you'll primarily work with Splunk instances (SIEM) in both on-premise and cloud environments and with our EDR portfolio which include Carbon Black, SentinelOne and CrowdStrike. If you have a background in troubleshooting application or software issues, this role will be a perfect fit for you. While prior Splunk or EDR knowledge is not required, you'll have the opportunity to follow courses and acquire certifications.

As part of the Technical Operations team, you'll collaborate with six dedicated colleagues. Our T-Ops team is a crucial part of the Managed Services division, serving as the technical knowledge hub for the services we provide. In addition to your colleagues here in Delft, you'll work closely with our amazing teams in the UK and Spain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Splunkenvironments and/or EDR platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation
  • Participate in training and certification programs to enhance Splunk & EDR expertise
  • Provide support and share knowledge with team members
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Managed Services

Requirements:

  • Experience in troubleshooting application or software issues
  • Basic knowledge of Linux systems (bonus, but not required)
  • Willingness to learn and acquire certifications in Splunk & EDR
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus
