The Department

The Golf group specializes in helping corporations leverage the power and reach of golf through sponsorship and brand activation, primarily through events, VIP hospitality, players and media relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious professional to grow within a team.  

The Role

The Accounting Coordinator is an entry level professional tasked with paying invoices and managing the purchase card for the Golf Department by completing the monthly expense report. They will support across the department with the different client account teams as needed. Opportunity to be fully immersed with all CAA Golf account teams and build rapport colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Complete monthly purchase card expense report in Concur

  • Allocate all FedEx bills for the department

  • Manage Golf AP email inbox for all payment requests and inquiries

  • Pay invoices via P Card or Check / Wire request

  • Provide any additional general administrative support and assist with special projects as needed

  • Opportunity to assist account teams with budget reconciliation, forecasting, etc.

Qualifications

  • Entry level professional

  • High level organization skills

  • Support and service mentality

  • Concur experience (or similar expense report platform management)

  • AP and AR entry level background

  • Timely and professional communication skills

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting

Location

This team is based in our Jacksonville, FL office. Open to this position being fully remote.

Compensation

The base hourly rate for this position is in the range of $23.00-$27.00. This position is also eligible for benefits and a discretionary bonus. Ultimately, wages may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
