We’re looking for a Creative Writer to craft emotionally resonant, user-centric content for Nebula. Your mission is to shape the voice of the product and make every in-app interaction feel meaningful, supportive, and engaging.

In this role, you’ll turn complex ideas into relatable copy, build emotionally intelligent content journeys, and experiment with new formats to keep millions of users engaged on their path to self-discovery. You’ll also collaborate with AI tools to scale and evolve your creative process, and work closely with a cross-functional team that values empathy, creativity, and data-driven thinking. It’s a chance to create content that helps people feel seen, supported, and inspired — all while working at the heart of a fast-growing product with real impact.

Your impact:

Write and edit in-app content: onboarding flows, daily insights, feature copy, meditations, relationship advice, and more;
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and content managers to ensure cohesive user experiences;
Turn abstract or complex ideas into emotionally engaging and digestible copy;
Use AI tools to enhance, optimize, and scale content production;
Propose new content formats, tones, and in-app experiences to drive engagement;
Analyze performance using A/B tests and user feedback to inform your writing;
Help shape and evolve our tone of voice and maintain content style guides.

About you:

3+ years of writing experience for digital products (experience with mobile apps is a plus);
C2-level proficiency in English with excellent writing and editing skills;
Strong storytelling skills and a solid understanding of UX writing and microcopy;
Emotionally intelligent, empathetic, and deeply user-focused;
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities;
Open to feedback, thrives in collaboration, and communicates effectively across teams;
Strategic thinker who balances creativity with business and product goals.
