About Prevail Legal

Our first-of-its-kind platform combines secure video conferencing with a collection of intuitive tools developed for conducting remote, in-person, and hybrid legal proceedings.

About the Position: This role offers the flexibility of being primarily remote while also requiring in-person coverage of depositions and legal proceedings. The position reports directly to the Senior Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

Assisting with live Prevail depositions/sessions, which include:

Recording on Prevail platform
Deposition Read on/Swearing in Witness
Marking and maintaining Exhibits
Monitoring and managing the session
Assisting any sessions with technical/administrative needs

Required Qualifications:

Current Court Reporting or Notary License for state
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience with video conferencing/database platforms
Excellent working knowledge of Google Workspaces/Slack/Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
A webcam, headset, and computer are needed as well for remote depositions!

Compensation:

Appearance Fee: $50-75 per hour; Page Rate: TBD.
The range is based on several factors, including geographical location, level of experience, relevant skills, and knowledge.
